Dave joined Global Access® as CEO in July of 2015, shortly after the company’s acquisition of Shipito rounded out its already robust b2b offerings with b2c cross-border shipping solutions. Experience in both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar environments has given Dave an intimate understanding of the unique challenges both business models face from global logistics and cross-border supply chain needs. During his time as co-president of Overstock.com, a leading online retailer, Dave headed up the company’s marketing, merchandising, operations, and supply chain, overseeing the development of each to compete in a fiercely innovative and fast paced environment.

Chris Boyle

President, Founder, and Board Member

Chris founded Global Access® in 2002 as a logistics and technology services provider assisting traditional retail, e-commerce, and direct selling companies in reaching the ever-expanding international marketplace. Today, Global Access® offers supply chain and cross-border solutions for b2c and b2b transactions while remaining leaders in both the logistical and technological sides of international e-commerce.

Ryan Hofmann

Chief Marketing Officer

Ryan joined Global Access® as CMO in September of 2015. Having worked on both the technology provider-side and client-side of the marketing industry, Ryan brings a unique perspective on how to market to both b2b and b2c customers. Ryan spent the previous 4 years with leading marketing technology firms Responsys, Oracle Marketing Cloud and Listrak. With a strong background in database and relationship marketing, Ryan has led consulting engagements with many of the largest e-retailers on how to target the right message, to the right customer, at the right time, in the right channel and with the right effect.

Connie Spencer-Adams

Vice President of Account Management

Connie joined Global Access in March 2016 as Vice President of Account Management and brings over 25 years of experience in the Direct to Consumer/Onmi-Channel Merchant space with her.

Michael McClellan

Vice President of Direct Sales

Michael joined Global Access® in May, 2015 with 15 years of client management and international payment expertise. As vice president of direct sales, he oversees the company’s strategic sales development, and drives international expansion, particularly in emerging markets.

Jason Luong

Vice President of Operations

As the one of the first employees of online address and mail forwarder Shipito, Jason was instrumental in the creation and development of crucial departments while growing the small startup into the robust international shipping services solution eventually acquired by Global Access®. In his new role as vice president of operations officer, Jason will use the skills developed through this experience to continually streamline operations while providing the best customer experience possible.

Miles Shepard

Vice President of Logistics

Miles Shepard joined Global Access as Vice President of Logistics in May 2016. With him he brings 30 years of experience in logistics and sales and international business. Prior to joining Global Access he served as Vice President of International Sales for 3PL and increased revenue from 3 million to 34 million. His customers included three of the largest E-Commerce companies in the United States. Miles’ greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership skills. He served as Global Director of Logistics for MSL, MFG for Palm and 3Com. He was responsible for 90 million in transportation contracts for Europe, Asia and U.S. He spent 16 years as President/Owner of International Company, during which he worked on strategic business development doing Joint Ventures for U.S. companies in China.

Chris Bauer

Vice President of Information Technology

Chris has been a part of the Global Access team since the beginning and has been the primary architect in building Global Access’ robust logistics and eCommerce tools. During his time with Global Access, Chris has worked closely with clients and helped provide them with the tools they need to grow internationally.
